The ERP for travel businesses

From booking
to profit, on one ledger.

MOVA runs travel agencies, tour operators, Umrah and Hajj operators, ticketing agencies and DMCs: bookings, air tickets, hotels, visas, packages, group departures and agents, with real double-entry accounting underneath instead of a spreadsheet beside it.

01 · Operations

Every service you sell is a document, not a line in a sheet.

Tickets, hotels, visas, transport, packages and departures are first-class records inside the booking. Each one carries the sale, the supplier cost and the margin, and posts to the ledger as it happens.

Who it is for

Built for the way travel is actually sold.

Tell MOVA what kind of travel business you run and it prepares the service catalogue, the income and cost accounts, the customer and supplier groups and the documents that fit. Nothing you do not need is in the way.

03 · Accounting

Books you can sign your name under.

Every invoice, receipt, supplier bill and journal is a proper double-entry posting, and the booking rides on each of them as an accounting dimension. Fiscal years, cost centers, multi-currency, bank reconciliation, budgets and statutory statements come standard, on the same double-entry engine thousands of companies close their books with.

07 · Questions

Asked before you ask.

Is MOVA ERP a real accounting system, or a booking tool with invoices?

A real accounting system. Every invoice, payment, supplier bill and journal is a double-entry posting in the general ledger, with fiscal years, cost centers, multi-currency, bank reconciliation and standard financial statements. The booking is an accounting dimension on top, so the books and the operations never disagree.

Which travel businesses is it built for?

Travel agencies, tour operators, Umrah and Hajj operators, ticketing agencies and destination management companies. You tell MOVA which one you are when you sign up and it prepares the service catalogue, the accounts and the documents that fit.

How does booking profitability work?

Each booking carries its own sales, supplier bills, payments and commissions. Because the booking is a dimension on every ledger entry, margin per booking, customer, agent, package, departure or branch is a report, not a spreadsheet.

Which plan should I start with?

Every plan is available on the free trial, so start with the one closest to how you work and change it later. Basic covers bookings, tickets, hotels, visas, transport and the accounts; Pro adds packages, group departures, agents and commissions, CRM, purchasing and your team; Enterprise removes the limits and adds AI.

Does it support several companies, branches and currencies?

Yes. Run multiple companies, branches and cost centers with consolidated reporting and per-company access control. Supplier bills in USD or SAR against a company in PKR are handled with automatic exchange rates and exchange gain and loss postings.

Is my data isolated and secure? Can I leave?

Role-based permissions, company-level data isolation, two-factor authentication, encrypted secrets and a complete audit trail are built in. MOVA is built on an open-source foundation: open APIs, standard exports and no lock-in for your data.
